Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wipe the inner and outer surfaces with a
damp cleaning cloth. Do not clean this appliance directly with water – this can damage
electrical components.
When not in use for long periods, ensure you clean the inside and outside of the
refrigerator and keep it dry.
Error code description
If there is an abnormality in the compressor, module, fan, temperature sensing head or
input voltage, an error code will display on the screen and the compressor will stop
working. To solve this problem, unplug the power supply and plug it back in. The
refrigerator temperature display will return, and after one minute, the compressor will
start in refrigeration mode again.
Note: If your refrigerator triggers the low-voltage protection prematurely, it is possible
that the power supply voltage is too low or the low-voltage protection value is set too
high. It could also be due to your DC supply wiring being inadequate – it is unable to
provide sufficient current. Check the suitability of the power wiring and consider
lowering the battery protection value if needed.
To ensure the car starts normally, it is recommended to set the protection level to ‘H’
when using the refrigerator in a car.
