TROUBLESHOOTING
After plugging in the socket,
the Power on/Standby indicator
(7) and the screen do not light
up.
The Keep warm button (1)
lights up but the cooktop does
not start heating.
The heating process stops
suddenly during operation.
Failure code E3, E6
Failure code E7, E8
Failure code E1, E2, E4, E5, EB
- Make sure that the power cord is plugged in tightly.
- Make sure that the switch, socket, and power line
are in good condition.
- Make sure that the containers are suitable for
Induction Cooktop.
- Send it to an authorized service provider to repair.
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Make sure that the Air Entry and Air Vent are free of
obstacles.
- Check the timing.
- Refer to failure codes for xing.
Wait until the temperature inside the
cooktop returns to a safe level. Then press
Power on/Standby button.
Adjust the voltage to 120 volts before using again
Send it to an authorized service provider to repair.
