GARANTIE LIMITÉE D’UN AN
HoMedics vend ses produits et s’engage à les garantir de tout défaut de fabrication ou de
main-d’oeuvre pendant une période d'un an à partir de la date d’achat originale, sauf exceptions
mentionnées ci-dessous. HoMedics garantit ses produits contre tout défaut de matériel ou de main-
d’oeuvre si le produit a été utilisé de manière normale. Cette garantie s’adresse uniquement aux
consommateurs et n’est pas valide pour les détaillants.
Pour obtenir un service couvert par la garantie, postez le produit et votre reçu d’achat
(en tant que preuve d’achat), franco de port, à l’adresse suivante :

non autorisé; l’altération du produit; une installation inadéquate; une modification ou une réparation
non autorisée; le mauvais usage de l’alimentation électrique; la perte de courant; un produit
échappé; un mauvais fonctionnement ou un dommage d’une partie ou de la totalité de l’appareil en
raison du non-respect des recommandations d’entretien fournies par le fabricant; des dommages
causés lors du transport; le vol;
la négligence; le vandalisme; les conditions environnementales; la perte de l’utilisation lorsque
l’appareil est en réparation ou en attente d’une pièce ou d’une réparation; ou toute autre condition
possible qui est hors du contrôle de HoMedics. Cette garantie est valide uniquement si le produit a
été acheté et utilisé au pays dans lequel le produit a été acheté. La garantie ne couvre ni un produit
nécessitant des modifications ou une adaptation afin qu’il puisse fonctionner dans un pays autre
que le pays pour lequel le produit a été conçu, fabriqué, approuvé ou autorisé, ni la réparation d’un
produit endommagé par ces modifications.

Cette garantie ne couvre pas l’achat d’un produit ouvert, utilisé, réparé, ou réemballé, y compris,
sans s’y limiter, la vente d’un tel produit sur des sites Internet de ventes ou la vente d’un tel produit
par des revendeurs en bloc ou de surplus. Toute garantie devient immédiatement invalide et est
annulée lorsqu’un produit ou une pièce est réparé, remplacé, altéré ou modifié sans l’autorisation
expresse et écrite de HoMedics.
