  There are several reasons why your HoMedics Humidifier might not be producing mist: it might not be plugged in (plug it in); it might not be turned on (turn the power/adjustable mist knob to the right to turn the unit on); there might be no power at the outlet (check circuits and fuses or try a different outlet); the water level might be low (refill the tank); or the transducer/ultrasonic membrane may need cleaning (follow the cleaning instructions in the manual).
