Why Homelite Pressure Washer engine fails to start?
- JJohn HartJul 27, 2025
If your Homelite Pressure Washer's engine won't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the fuel tank isn't empty by filling it. If there's water pressure in the hose, squeeze the trigger to relieve it. Inspect the spark plug for shorts or fouling and replace it if necessary. Also, check if the spark plug is broken, and replace it if you notice cracked porcelain or broken electrodes. Verify the ignition lead wire isn't shorted, broken, or disconnected; replace or reattach it as needed. If the ignition is inoperative, it is best to contact an authorized service center.
