Why won't my Homelite Blower engine start?
- DDavid WebbJul 30, 2025
If your Homelite Blower engine won't start, there could be several reasons. First, check for spark. Remove the spark plug, reattach the cap, and lay the plug on the metal cylinder. Pull the starter rope and look for a spark at the plug tip. If there's no spark, try again with a new spark plug. Another reason could be no fuel. Push the primer bulb until fuel is visible. If not, the primary fuel delivery system might be blocked, and you should contact a servicing dealer. If the primer bulb fills, the engine might be flooded.
