Alternative B: Mounting with mounting clamps
You can use the hose clamp (I) and the tube con-
nector profile (H) for mounting the weather sen-
sor to tubes with a diameter of approx. 25 to 45
mm (e.g. on brackets for satellite dishes or balco-
ny railings).
• Position the tube connector profile (H) between
the tube you want to connect in order to achieve
a stable connection between the round contact
surfaces.
• If required, loosen the hose clamp (I) to put it
around the tubes to be connected.
If both tube ends should maintain opened, you do
not need to open the hose clamp. You can simply
put the hose clamps over the tubes and connect
them using the tube connector profiles.
• Fasten the hose clamp using an appropriate screw-
driver (see fig. 3).
