What to do if my HOMVANA H111 Humidifier doesn’t turn on or stops misting?
    • M
      Michelle BeckAug 17, 2025
First, ensure the HOMVANA Humidifier is properly plugged in and turned on. If that's not the issue, try adding purified or distilled water to the water tank. Also, check if the humidifier is in Auto Mode, as it may automatically turn off if the humidity level exceeds the target when using certain Auto Mode settings.

Why is little or no mist coming out of my HOMVANA H111 Humidifier?
    • M
      Matthew LittleAug 20, 2025
If your HOMVANA Humidifier is producing little or no mist, try these steps: 1. Increase the mist level setting. 2. Refill the water tank. 3. Empty the base chamber and then refill the water tank, placing it properly onto the base. 4. Ensure the humidifier is on a level surface and not placed on carpet or any surface blocking airflow. 5. Check that the nozzles are not blocked or clogged. If the room or water temperature is low, set the mist level to the highest setting temporarily, then adjust as desired. Also, ensure no oil is sticking to the PTC heater, atomizer, or the bottom of the water tank. If the water tank or base was washed with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any detergent.
