Modifications and Accessories

1. Remove the crate cover and check for damage

2. Remove the parts carton

3. Loose Parts Information

4. Remove the shipping bracket nuts and plate

5. Remove the rear shipping brackets

6. Lift off the crate frame

7. Remove the front shipping bracket

8. Relocate the ignition keys

9. Position and secure the clutch lever assembly

10. Remove the motorcycle from the crate base

11. Install the windscreen

12. Install the mirrors

13. Store the tool kit and Owner's Manual

14. Remove the protective coverings

15. Apply the Repsol Edition decal set

16. Verify the proper routing of the cables, hoses, and wire harnesses

17. Service and install the battery

18. Check the fluid level in both brake reservoirs

19. Check the clutch reservoir fluid level

20. Verify the throttle freeplay

21. Check the coolant level

22. Check the engine oil

23. Verify the engine idle speed

24. Verify the drive chain slack

25. Check the clutch lever and sidestand ignition cut-off switches

26. Check the tire pressure

27. Complete the Set-up/Pre-delivery form
