FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Remove the damper rod assembly out of the
damper case.
Check the damper case inner surface for abnormal
scratches.
Replace the damper case if necessary.
HPSD ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
• When assembling the st ee ri ng damper, follow
the procedures be low.
• Clean
the inner s urf ace of the damp er case thor·
oughly.
• Bleed the air completely in oil.
DAMPER CASE
• Always replace the damper rod as an assembly with 8 new one.
