FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
STEERING STEM
REMOVAL
Remove the fo l lowing:
- Front viso r ('05 - '07; page 3-5, After '07: page 3-
6)
- Handlebar (page 14-32)
- Front wheel (page 14-8)
After '07: Remove the steer ing damper ( page 14-38).
Remove the bolts, collars and front fender .
Remove the bolts and brake hose guides.
Remove the bolt and tripmeter cable guide.
'05 - '07: Remove the nuts, washers, tripme t er and connecto r
stay.
Afrer '07: Remove the nuts, cable guide and t ripmeter.
Remove the bolt and connector stay .
