CARBURETOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the air cleaner base (page 5-5).
Disconnect the fuel cut solenoid wire connectors (page 2-10).
Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive. You
can be burned or seriously injured when handling
fuel.
• Keep heat, sparks and flame away.
• Handle fuel only outdoors.
• Wipe up spills immediately.

INSTALLATION:
Connect the black end of the dash
pot to the diaphragm tube.

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION:
Remove the carburetor to a point where the groove
of throttle arm lines up with the governor rod, and
then lift the governor rod out of the hole of throttle
arm and unhook the throttle return spring.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
