Why Honda HRR216VKA engine will not start?

If your Honda Lawn Mower engine won't start, make sure the blade control is engaged by holding the blade control lever against the handlebar. Check that the fuel valve is turned ON and that you have enough fuel. Bad or old fuel can also be the culprit, so refuel with fresh gasoline. A faulty, fouled, or improperly gapped spark plug can also prevent the engine from starting; gap or replace it. If the spark plug is wet with fuel, dry and reinstall it. For more complex issues like a clogged fuel filter, carburetor malfunction, or stuck valves, take the mower to an authorized Honda servicing dealer.
