Drive Clutch Free Play (Self-propelled type only)
1. Measure free play at the top of the lever as shown; it should be between
5- 1.0 mm (3/l 6-33/8 in).
2. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the lock nuts and turn them to run the
adjuster up or down as required. Tighten the lock nuts and recheck free
play.

3. Start the engine and check to be sure the drive clutch engages and
releases properly.
