      If the starter operates but the engine doesn't start, ensure the throttle/choke is in the FAST position (choke OFF for a hot start, choke ON for a cold start). Also, check that the fuel valve is ON and the sediment cup is not obstructed. Use fresh fuel and drain the carburetor and sediment cup if needed. Finally, confirm the spark plug cap is connected and the spark plug is free of deposits with the proper gap.

      Your Honda Snow Blower may have low power due to several reasons. Ensure you are not moving too fast through wet, deep snow; reduce your ground speed. The throttle/choke lever should always be in the FAST position when blowing snow, and moved to the FAST position after starting. Reduce the snow blowing swath if dealing with wet, deep cuts. Clear any obstructions from the discharge chute. Also, make sure the spark plug cap is securely connected and the spark plug is free of deposits with the proper gap.
