These cutting patterns are only recommended for a flat, level lawn
surface. See safe operating rules page 4.
0 In a small area
First make 2 or 3 turns in a clockwise direction; then turn around and
continue cutting in the reverse direction.

0 In a large area
The first round of cuts is the key to making a neat finish. First, make 2 or 3
turns in a clockwise direction. As you reach the center of the area, turn to
the right and continue cutting in a counterclockwise direction until you
have finished the upper half of the area. Cut the grass in the remaining half
in a counterclockwise direction.
