KICKSTARTER/DRIVE PULLEY/DRIVEN PULLEY/CLUTCH
BELT CASE COVER
REMOVAL
Remove the air cleaner housing cover (page 3-5).
Remove the bolts and the belt case cover.
Remove the rubber seal and dowel pins from the
belt case cover.

INSTALLATION
Check the rubber seal and replace it if it is nesec-
carly.
Clean the rubber seal groove in the belt case cover.
Install the dowel pins and the rubber seal onto the
belt case cover.

Install the belt case cover onto the belt case by
aligning the dowel pins with the holes.
Install and tighten the belt case cover bolts in a
crisscross pattern in two or three steps.
Install the air cleaner housing cover (page 3-5).
