Press the start button with the throttle
completely closed.
u If you cannot start the engine, open the
throttle slightly (about 0.1 in (3 mm),
without freeplay) and press the start
button.
If the engine does not start:
a
Open the throttle fully and press the start
button for 5 seconds.
b
Repeat the normal starting procedure.
c
If the engine starts, open the throttle slightly
if idling is unstable.
d
If the engine does not start, wait 10 seconds
before trying step a & b again.
