Why Honda WMP20X engine will not start?

If your Honda Water Pump engine won't start, check these potential causes: the ignition switch may be OFF (turn it ON), the fuel valve may be OFF (turn the fuel valve ON), the pump may be out of fuel (refuel it), or the oil level may be low (add oil). Also, bad fuel can be a culprit; in this case, drain the fuel tank and carburetor, then refuel with fresh gasoline. Inspect the spark plug: it may be faulty, fouled, or improperly gapped (gap or replace the spark plug). If the spark plug is wet with fuel, dry and reinstall it. For more complex issues like a clogged fuel filter, carburetor malfunction, ignition malfunction, or stuck valves, take the pump to an authorized Honda servicing dealer for repair.
