Alternatively, a remote switch might be activated; adjust it to your desired setting. The thermostat fan switch could also be in the On position, which is normal operation. The HVAC system might be running to meet heating or cooling needs, which is also normal. A 100% ventilation limit setting can cause continuous operation, so set it to 60%. If the control can’t meet ventilation needs, increase airflow and adjust settings. Low ventilation airflow can also be the cause.

If the voltage is adequate, the W8150 Control may need replacement. If the voltage is insufficient, disconnect the damper and remote switch connections and recheck. If the voltage still doesn't reach 20 Vac, replace the transformer.
