What to do if Honeywell Touch Panel device is in range but will not enroll?

If your Z-Wave device is within the proper range but still won't enroll with the Honeywell Touch Panel, follow these steps: 1. On the Tuxedo Touch Keypad: a) From the “Home” screen, press the Automation icon, then press the Z-Wave Setup icon to display the “Z-Wave Device Management” screen. b) If the device isn't on the screen, press the Z-Wave Remove/Delete icon. 2. On the Z-Wave device, press the Function Key. The screen will display “Device Removed”. 3. On the Tuxedo Touch Keypad: Enroll the device again.
