What to do if my Honeywell Tuxedo Touch Wi-Fi device is within range but still not included?

If your Honeywell Security System device is within the proper range but still not included, follow these steps: 1. On your Tuxedo device: a) Press the Automation icon, then the Z-Wave Setup icon to access the “Z-Wave Device Management” screen. b) If the device isn't on the screen, select the Remove Device icon. 2. On the Z-Wave device: a) Press the Function Key. You should see a “Device Removed” message. 3. Back on the Tuxedo device: Include the device again.
