Do not use a compressed air source (ex.: air compressor) to inflate the boat. Over inflation
may cause the seams and/or walls themselves to rupture.
MODELS T25AE, T30AE, T35AE, T40AE (aluminum decks)
CAUTION
• Do not inflate the keel until the floor is in place.
1. Unfold the boat on a flat, clean surface.
2. Check that the valves [1] are in place. Check that they all have their cap [2] held by a retainer [3].
3. First use: using the foot pump supplied with your boat, inflate the tubes completely, being careful to balance the pressure be-
tween the various chambers. Once fully inflated, deflate the chambers half way by pressing the yellow push-button [4] at the
center of each valve. Subsequent use: using the foot pump supplied with your boat, inflate the chambers to half their capacity.
Always check the pressures before each use.
NOTE:
The floor elements must be installed so that their identification number is visible.
4. First insert floor element no. 1 in the bow of the boat.
5. Insert floor element no. 4 (no. 3 for the T25AE) in the transom [5] of the boat.
6. Insert floor element no. 2 into no. 1.
7. T25AE
Insert floor element no. 2 into no. 3 and press down the assembly to flatten the deck [6].
Other models:
Insert floor element no. 3 into elements no. 2 then no. 4 and press down the assembly to flatten the deck [6].
