Hooker Electric reels are covered by a 2-Year Warranty on parts
for manufacturer defects and 1-Year Warranty on labor. Warranties
begin from the date of purchase. Within this set time period,
Hooker Electric, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any
component on the attachment which has failed under “normal”
operation of the reel. These repairs and/or replacements will be
provided at no additional charge for parts and labor. The customer
will be entirely responsible for shipping costs both ways. This
warranty does not cover any type of failures due to accident,
misuse, abuse, alteration or repairs done prior or after the
attachment of the Hooker Electric module(s). Hooker Electric
assumes responsibility for warranty claims of parts and labor for all
new Shimano
®
and Penn
®
reels modied to t the Hooker
Electric’s components.
