If your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner isn't running, first ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into the wall. Then, check your fuse or breaker to make sure there's voltage in the wall plug. If you find a blown fuse or tripped breaker, replace the fuse or reset the breaker. Finally, if the thermal protector has activated, allow the cleaner to cool, following the instructions.
