16. Never operate or use the appliance without the
dust bag and/or filters in place.
17. Before vacuuming, remove any large or sharp
objects from the floor or cleaning surface in order
to prevent damage to the filter.
18. If the air inlet, floor head or the telescopic tube
is blocked, switch off the cleaner straight away.
First, clear the blocked object before attempting
to start the vacuum cleaner again.
19. Do not leave the appliance unattended when
the battery is installed.
20. Before carrying out any maintenance service or
cleaning the filters, always switch off the vacuum
cleaner and remove the battery from
the appliance.
21. Keep ends of the hose, telescopic tube and other
openings away from your face and body.
22. Do not use the vacuum cleaner if it is damaged
or broken. Check the electrical regularly for
defects. If connection cables, electrical hoses,
electrical contacts and electric tubes are
damaged, have them replaced immediately.
23. Never clean the vacuum cleaner or any of
the electrical parts, especially the electrical
connections with water or liquid cleaners.
24. Never attempt to make any modifications
electrically to the vacuum cleaner.
25. Always store the appliance, charger and the
battery indoors in a cool and dry place.
26. Do not pick up water, for dry household use only
27. Use the electric power head only for vacuuming
dust and dry substances in the home.
28. Never run over the power cable with the power
head as the cable could get damaged.
29. Never touch the roller brush while the vacuum
cleaner is connected to the mains power.
30. To prevent unnecessary wear on the power
head cleaning nozzle, keep it moving while
in operation.
31. Damage caused by improper use or by not
observing the instructions in this manual
will void warranty.
Battery use and care
1. Use the appliance only with specifically
designated battery packs. Use of any other
battery pack may create a risk of injury and fire.
2. The appliance is only to be used with the power
supply uniquely provided with the appliance.
3. Only charge the battery inside the product and
only use the specifically designated charging
base to charge the product.
4. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away
from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins,
keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects
that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together
may cause burns or a fire.
5. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected
from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid
contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause
irritation or burns.
6. Do not charge or store the cleaner outdoors or
inside the car. Only charge or store the battery in
a dry indoor area where the temperature is more
than 5
o
C but less than 45
o
C.
7. Never attempt to open the battery for any
reason. If the plastic housing of the battery
breaks or cracks, immediately discontinue use
and do not recharge.
8. Live part inside the charging base. The charging
base and battery is not a serviceable part.
9. Before disposal of your battery, fully discharge
your battery by running the product until it stops.
10. Do not dispose battery with your local garbage.
Contact your local council for the instruction of
disposal of the battery.
11. Do not use the charging base to charge a non-
chargeable battery.
WARNING! Always remove the plug from the power socket before fitting
or removing accessories.
Assembly
1. During connection, please place the powerhead on the floor in the direction as shown.
2. Vertically insert the rod into the connector of the powerhead and push the rod down hard
until you hear a ‘click’ sound.
3. To disassemble, hold the release button and draw out the powerhead.

Installation of battery pack
1. To install the battery pack, close the battery pack cover by
rotating clockwise. Ensure the lock symbol is aligned with
the arrow on the machine.
2. To disassemble the battery pack, rotate the battery pack
cover anti-clockwise. Ensure the unlock symbol is aligned
with the arrow on the machine.
3. Lift the outer cover and remove the battery pack.
