Fault Cause Solution
Cleaner will not switch on / Power
indicator flash
Flat battery Place the cleaner into the charging
base
The cleaner can’t be charged The cleaner is not placed properly
in the charging base
The charging base disconnects
from the mains power supply
Replace the cleaner into the
charging base
Unplug and plug the wall adaptor
to different power socket
Reconnect the wall adaptor to the
charging base (The charging base
is not serviceable part).
Reduced suction Dust bin filter is not installed
Dust bin is full of dust
Dust bin filter filled with dust
Reinstall the filter
Empty the dust bin
Clean or replace the filter.
Dust bin can’t be reinstalled The cyclone filter and the dust bin
filter is not installed properly
Reinstall the cyclone filter and the
dust bin filter as per the instruction
Roller brush does not spin The roller brush is blocked Take out the roller brush from the
power head and remove any hair
from the roller brush
