Assembly

Important: Read These Safety Instructions Before Use!

Pay special attention during assembly. Ensure all parts are firmly tightened to prevent noise or play.

Pre-Assembly

Do not attempt to lift the treadmill until specified. Remove plastic wrap from console masts.

Assembly Step 1

Connect left linkage arm and left console mast to the elevation and main frame.

Assembly Step 2

Attach lock latch pin to right folding frame and pull lead wire through right console mast.

Assembly Step 2 (Continued)

Attach right console mast to main frame, connect right linkage arm to elevation frame.

Assembly Step 3

Attach console to console masts using bolts, washers, and springs. Connect console cable.

Assembly Step 4

Attach handlebars to the console using set screws. Connect power plug to outlet.

Before You Begin

Do Not Stand on the Belt

Stand on side rails when preparing. Start belt only after it moves.

Safety Key

Secures to clothing. Cuts power if you fall. Check operation every 2 weeks.

Tensioning the Running Belt

Adjust rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn to tighten belt if slipping occurs.

Centering the Running Belt

Adjust rear roller bolts 1/4 turn clockwise (right) or counter-clockwise (left).
