Why won't the motor operate and the LED flashes red with short single pulses on my Horizon Hobby Remote Control?

If the motor of your Horizon Hobby Remote Control won’t operate and the LED flashes red with short single pulses, it could be due to the battery voltage being below the LVC setting. Make sure that the battery is charged. Alternatively, the ESC settings might be incorrect for your battery, so verify that they are correct.
