  If your Horizon Hobby Receiver won't connect, here's what you can do: * Move the transmitter 8 to 12 feet away from the receiver if they are too close. * Relocate to an area with less metal if you are near metal objects. * Activate the correct model memory in your transmitter if the receiver is bound to a different one. * Rebind your transmitter and receiver if the transmitter was placed into bind mode.

  Your Horizon Hobby Receiver might stop responding during operation due to: 1. Low receiver battery voltage: If the battery voltage drops below 3.5V, the receiver may brown-out and then reconnect. Charge the receiver or vehicle battery, as Spektrum receivers require at least 3.5V to operate. 2. Loose or damaged wires or connectors: Inspect the wires and connection between the battery and receiver. Repair or replace any damaged wires and/or connectors.

  If the Horizon Hobby Receiver goes into fail-safe mode a short distance away from the transmitter, ensure the receiver antenna is undamaged and properly positioned in an antenna tube above the vehicle. If this does not resolve the issue, the suggested solution is to replace the receiver or contact Horizon Product Support.
