Overview

The Hornit LITE is a bicycle accessory designed to enhance rider safety through a combination of a powerful horn and an integrated light. This device is built to be robust and reliable, suitable for various cycling conditions, including extreme wet weather, thanks to its Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP44. This rating indicates that it is protected against solid objects larger than 1mm and against splashing water from any direction. However, it is explicitly stated that the device should not be submerged.

Function Description:

The primary functions of the Hornit LITE are to provide an audible warning (horn) and illumination (light) for cyclists. The horn is specifically designed for emergency use to prevent accidents and to ensure the rider is heard by drivers of other vehicles. The light function offers various modes, allowing the user to select the most appropriate illumination for their riding conditions.
