event of a fault developing please refer to the RESETTING THE PROGRAMMER section of this
user guide located on page 7. If this fails to resolve the problem please contact a local
heating engineer or a qualified electrician.

The programmer is fitted with a non-rechargeable, non-serviceable long life battery,
which will maintain the clock and programmed time settings with the mains supply
disconnected.
THIS RESERVE SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO COVER POWER INTERRUPTIONS DURING THE LIFE OF THE
UNIT.
During power interruptions the display will be blank.

Display Information

The programmer has a graphical back-lit display divided into three sections for controlled channels, showing status and times.

Front Cover Instructions

Simple instructions require the front flap to be lowered. Replace flap for normal operation.

Default Settings

The programmer has factory presets for Time/Date, Clock Options (24hr/AM/PM), and Headings (Heating/Water, Zone, Channel).

Boost Function Override

Allows temporary override of a channel for 1 or 2 hours, extending current periods or turning off.

Advance Function

Brings forward the next ON or OFF operation for a channel, indicated by the illuminated button.

Reset Procedure

Procedure to restore factory settings if display freezes or scrambles. Resets time to 1st Jan 2005.

Advanced Programming Features

Setting Holiday Mode

Suspends program function for a set period, indicated by a smiley face. Operates mid-day to mid-day.

Programme Override Facilities

Allows overriding programmed times to Auto, All day, On, or Off for each channel, unaffected by schedule.

Adjusting Time and Date

Procedure to adjust the current time and date if modifications are required. Affects Holiday and Boost/Advance.

Configuration Options

Adjusting Clock Options

Allows changing the time display from 24-hour format to AM/PM format.

Adjusting Channel Headings

Allows changing the channel heading from 'Heating/Water' to 'Zone' or 'Channels'.

Setting Programme Times

Procedure to change pre-set ON/OFF times for channels, with default settings for Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun.
