a neighbor to check the power supply and freezer

Forextendedvacationsorabsences,youmaypreferto
moveyourfrozenfoodstoastoragelockertemporarily.
Ifyourfreezeristobeleftempty,disconnectpowercord
plugfromwalloutlet.Topreventformationofodors,
placeopenboxofbakingsodainfreezerandleave
freezer lid open.
Save Money and Energy
■Thefreezershouldbelocated
inthecoolestareaoftheroom,
awayfromheat-producing
appliances or heating ducts,
and out of direct sunlight.
■Lethotfoodscooltoroom
temperaturebeforeplacinginthe
freezer.Overloadingthefreezerforcesthecompressor
