  If the water temperature of your Hotsy Burner is too hot, consider these possible causes: the incoming water may be too warm, so lower its temperature. The fuel pump pressure might be too high, requiring you to reduce it. The fuel pump itself could be defective, necessitating a replacement. Check the chemical line for air leaks, tightening all clamps and inspecting for holes. A defective high limit switch could also be the culprit, so replace it. Ensure the fuel nozzle size is correct. Verify there is sufficient water supply by checking the GPM to the machine, and inspect the nozzle for obstructions or incorrect sizing that could restrict water flow.

  If you're experiencing low water temperature with your Hotsy Burner, it could be due to several factors. Improper fuel or water in the fuel could be the problem, so drain the fuel tank and replace it with the correct fuel. Low fuel pressure could also be the cause, so increase the fuel pressure. A weak fuel pump might be the issue; check its temperature and replace it if necessary. Additionally, a partially clogged fuel filter could be restricting flow, so replace it as needed. Soot or lime buildup on the coils can also affect water temperature, so clean the coils with soot remover or coil cleaner, respectively.
