Important information for installation
1. The EFHR series flange heating element is designed exclusively for heating of
water in closed or open containers.
2. During operation, the heating unit and thermowell must be sufficiently immer-
sed in water on all sides. The thermally induced water flow may not be impe-
ded.
3. The flange heating element must be installed so that the sensor pipe is up.
4. The heating element is to be disconnected from the power supply prior to any
work on the appliance.
5. The manifold tubes of the capillary sensors may not come in contact with the
current-carrying parts.
6. The ambient temperature at the casing may not exceed 80°C.

Dommages dus à une action chimique ou électrochimique
Dommages dus à une mauvaise tension électrique, à la foudre, ou à une
surtension
Dommages dus à la présence de corps étrangers dans l'eau ou à des influen-
ces électromécaniques
Corrosion due à une eau agressive, non potable
Dommages dus au remplacement tardif de l’anode active.
