performance
test
verifies
that
the
-hp-
3336
meets
the
attenuator
accuracy
specification
listed
in
Table
4-1
using
a
‘‘put
and
take’?
measurement
system
at
four
at-
tenuator
settings
and
three
test
frequencies.
It
is
preferred
that
this
test
be
performed
in
a
screen
room.
If
one
is
not
available,
an
electrically
‘‘clean’’
environment
is
a
must.
It
is
im-
portant
that
the
specified
cables
be
used
and
that
the
test
equipment
be
arranged
as
il-
lustrated.
Failure
to
follow
the
test
procedures
explicitly
can
result
in
erroneous
data.

available

verify
the

attenuator
Specifications.
To
recertify,
the
attenuator
must
be
returned
to
Hewlett-Packard.
The
recertified
attenuator
will
be
returned
with
the
results
of
each
attenuation
setting.
