Remove the power button board:
1. Turn the top cover upside down with the front toward you.
2. Detach the power button board cable (1) from the top cover. (The power button board cable is
attached to the top cover with double-sided adhesive.)
3. Remove the Philllips PM2.0×3.0 screw (2) that secures the power button board to the top cover.
4. Remove the power button board (3) and cable.
Reverse this procedure to install the power button board.
Speakers

Speaker Kit (includes left and right speakers and cables) 758053-001
Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the
computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from the computer.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the computer.
4. Remove the Battery (see
Battery on page 52), and then remove the following components:
a. Service cover (see
Service cover on page 53)
b. Hard drive (see
Hard drive on page 54)
