SHOR SOFTKEY LABEL: SHORT ON/OFF (in `COMPEN')
The SHOR command makes the short compensation data valid or
invalid.
SYNTAX:

The SLIM= command sets the high/low limit of the secondary
parameter.
SYNTAX:
SLIM=

You cannot use units (for example: F), or suffixes (for example: m
(milli)), with the limit value.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
The unit of the secondary parameter depends on the limit parameter
when the command is sent.
EXAMPLE:
OUTPUT 717;"SLIM=0.0001,0.0002"
Set the limit of sec.para to 0.0001,-0.0002.
