COrrection Subsystem
:SPOT < n > :LOAD
The :SPOT < n > :LOAD command executes the LOAD correction data
measurement for the sp ecied frequency point (FREQ1, FREQ2 or
FREQ3) correction.
Command Syntax
CORRection:SPOT < n > :LOAD
Where,
< n > is :
1 State setting for FREQ1 p oint
2 State setting for FREQ2 p oint
3 State setting for FREQ3 p oint
