Correction Functions
Zero Open
Eliminates measurement errors due to parasitic stray imp edances of
the test xture.
Zero Short
Eliminates measurement errors due to parasitic residual imp edances
of the test xture.
Load
Improves the measurement accuracy by using a working standard
(calibrated device) as a reference.
List Sweep
A maximum of 10 frequencies or test signal levels can b e
programmed. Single or sequential test can be performed. When
Option 001 is installed, DC bias voltages can also be programmed.
Comparator Function
Ten bin sorting for the primary measurement parameter, and IN/
OUT decision output for the secondary measurement parameter.
