Item Component Function
(1) WWAN antennae (2) (select models only)* Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with
WWANs.
(2) WLAN antenna (3) (select models only)* Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with
WLANs.
(3) Ambient light sensor When activated, the sensor automatically adjusts the
display brightness based on the surrounding lighting
conditions.
*The antennae are not visible from the outside of the computer. For optimal transmission, keep the areas immediately around
the antennae free from obstructions.
