Once the Sending:
13 Press the PREV key to return to the RX TEST screen.
14 Set RF Gen Freq to the receiver operating frequency.
15 Set Amplitude to −47 dBm (1 mV).
16 Set AFGen1 To 60% of the Receiver’s specified maximum frequency de-
viation (typically 3 kHz).
17 Set Ext Load R to the test load resistance.
18 Set AC Level meter to measure Watts.
On the Radio set the Receiver’s Controls as follows:
19 Set power to ON.
20 If required, set frequency to the same value as step 4j.
21 Set RF Gain to maximum (if equipped).
22 Set squelch control to minimum (if equipped).
23 Set the volume control until the AC Level reads 100% of the Receiver’s
specified audio output.
Refer to the audio output specifications for the receiver being tested.
