Qualifying Printer and Print Cartridges
Terms and Conditions
1. Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions customers can claim the cash back amount on HP
‘Qualifying Printer and Print Cartridges’ comprising a HP Color LaserJet 2605dn printer (HP part code Q7822A)
plus a full set of additional supplies (Black print cartridge (HP part code Q6000A), Cyan print cartridge (HP part
code Q6001A), Yellow print cartridge (HP part code Q6002A), Magenta print cartridge (HP part code Q6003A))
purchased between 1 August 2007 and 31 January 2008. The printer must be purchased at the same time as all
four additional print cartridges on the same purchase order in order to qualify. Customers may claim cash back for
a maximum of 10 qualifying HP printers during the period of the promotion. Customers who have already claimed
cash back under the promotion for products purchased between 1 August – 31 October 2007 may claim for a
further 10 printers if purchased between 1 November 2007 and 31 January 2008.
2. To take advantage of the promotion, customers must print out and complete the claim form (which can be
downloaded at www.hp.com/uk/morecolour) and send it, along with proof of purchase in the form of the seller’s
invoice to the address set out in the claim form. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. The seller’s invoice
must clearly show the customer details, qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and the date of
purchase. The participant must not send original receipts. HP must receive the claim form within 30 days from the
date of purchase.
3. The promotion is valid in respect of qualifying products purchased either directly from HP or an authorised reseller
or authorised retailer of HP. The promotion is only valid for end user customers (i.e. customers purchasing products
for their own use); claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for
this promotion.
4. Once the claim has been received and approved, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim
form by email from promotions@out-bound.co.uk. If the claim is successful the participant will be asked to raise an
invoice against HP for the value of the applicable cash back. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact Outbound
Field Marketing Services Ltd using the email address above within seven days of their claim being sent if an email
acknowledgement has not been received.
5. The cash back cheque will be sent out once the participant has raised an invoice correctly according to the
instructions set out in the email sent approving the claim. The invoice must be received at the offices of Outbound
Field Marketing Ltd before the final date set out in the email (14 March 2008).
6. Allow 28 days from receipt of your invoice at the offices of Outbound Field Marketing Ltd for receipt of cash back
cheque.
7. Companies that are VAT registered are eligible to receive the cash back amount plus VAT (at a rate of 17.5%). For
non VAT registered companies and consumers the cash back amount shall be exclusive of VAT.
8. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
9. The cash back will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions and the
associated instructions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and
conditions. Return of the qualifying HP product to the seller/reseller following submission of the claim for the cash
back will disentitle the participant to the cash back.
10. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only. This offer is not open to employees of Hewlett-Packard, their
agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their
customers.
11.The offer is valid only in the UK for private end users and business customers. This offer may not be combined with
any other promotional offers or special pricing offered on the qualifying products.

13. The cash back cannot be granted to the participant who: a) has not purchased a qualifying HP Printer and Print
Cartridges within the promotional period; and/or b) has not completed the claim form correctly; and/or c) has
not supplied proof of purchase; and/or d) has not submitted their claim to the address set out in the claim form
within 30 days from the date of purchase; and/or e) has not submitted an invoice to the correct address within the
time period specified on the email sent and/or f) failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions.
14. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be
accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, mis-directed, delayed in the post or
insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
15. HP is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage
of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in
the promotion.
16. HP reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met
and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
17. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of HP and will not be returned. Submission of
false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and
future HP promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
18. HP may cancel this promotion where required to do so for legal or commercial reasons arising from applicable
laws.
19. The decisions of Hewlett-Packard in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
20. HP reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
21. Participants providing an incomplete claim will be notified in writing/email and offered the opportunity to provide
the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim
for cash back will be refused.
