• HP Jetdirect 620n Fast Ethernet internal print server (HP Color LaserJet 4650n, 4650dn,
4650dtn, and 4650hdn printers only)
• 20 GB HP high-performance EIO hard disk (HP Color LaserJet 4650hdn printer only)
Printer software
The HP Color LaserJet 4650 series printer includes a powerful suite of software that is easy to install
and use. The print drivers and utilities cover a wide range of operating systems and are localized
in many languages.
The printer ships with the following components on the printing systems software CD:
• Installer/uninstaller
• Windows 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, XP (32-bit), and Server 2003 (32-bit) print drivers:
• HP PCL 6
• HP PCL 5c (Web download only)
• HP Postscript level 3 emulation
• Apple Mac OS version 8.6 through 9.2.x, and OS version 10.1 and later print drivers:
• HP Postscript level 3 emulation
• PostScript® printer description (PPD)
• HP Toolbox
• HP SureSupply

• Customization utility (lets you create custom installations and copy the printer software onto
