Light works in an additive manner. The primaries of light -- red, green, and
blue -- can be combined in any combination to make a broad array of colors.
Added together, red, green and blue become white.
Additive color describes the color of light. Combined in pairs, the colors
created are yellow, cyan and magenta. Combining the three primary colors
creates white light.
