the problem is no scanner was found
if no scanner was found...
1. Check that the scanner power is ON.
2. Check that the ethernet cable between the scanner and the
panel pc screen is inserted correctly.
3. In some cases, loss of communication to the scanner can be
resolved by removing and reinserting the ethernet cable.
4. Press the Rescan button.
