An optional 250-Sheet Plain Paper Tray may be included with your printer. If it is not
included, it can be purchased separately from an authorized HP dealer.

Follow theses steps to choose between paper trays.
1. Open the Print dialog box.
2. Do one of the following:
❍ Mac OS 8.6, 9.x, and X Classic: Select the General panel.
❍ Mac OS X: Select the Paper Type/Quality panel, then select the
Paper tab.
3. Select one of the following options in the Source box:
❍ Upper Tray : Prints from the In tray. If the In tray is empty, an Out
of Paper message appears.
❍ Lower Tray : Prints from the 250-Sheet Plain Paper Tray . If the
lower tray is empty, an Out of Paper message appears.
