Tools Required for Disassembly

Crossing Screw Driver M3

A Phillips head screwdriver, size M3, for disassembly tasks.

Crossing Screw Driver M2

A Phillips head screwdriver, size M2, for disassembly tasks.

Product Disassembly Process

Initial Setup and Stand Removal

Lay the monitor flat and remove the stand.

Back Cover and Internal Connections Removal

Remove screws, then the back cover, keypad line, tapes, and LED line.

Chassis and Panel Assembly Removal

Remove foils, tape, LVDS, chassis ASM, panel, bezel, and top chassis mylar.

Keypad and USB Components Removal

Unlock screws to remove keypad, USB cover ASM, USB line, and USB board.

PCBA and Internal Components Removal

Unlock screws to remove mylar, PCBA, lines, and rubber caps.
