POWER ON TABLET
1. To power on the tablet, press and briefly hold the silver button at the top left corner
on the outside edge of the tablet.
2. The tablet will present two selection buttons: Desktop, and Citrix Receiver.
ACCESS CERNER APPLICATIONS
1. To access the Cerner applications, tap Citrix Receiver.
2. Within Citrix, you will be presented with the different Cerner application buttons.

Powering On the HP ElitePad Tablet

Initiating Power On

Press and briefly hold the silver button at the top left corner on the outside edge of the tablet to power it on.

Application Selection

After powering on, the tablet presents two selection buttons: Desktop and Citrix Receiver.

Accessing Cerner Applications

Launching Citrix Receiver

To access the Cerner applications, tap Citrix Receiver.

Selecting a Cerner Application

Tap the desired application, such as PowerChart – PROD, from the 'My Apps' screen.

Cerner Login Process

You will be presented with the Cerner login screen; use the virtual keyboard to enter credentials.

Application Usage and Limitations

Only one Cerner application can run at a time; printing from within apps is limited.

Tablet Interaction Methods

Use pinch-to-zoom, single tap for left-click, and press-and-hold for right-click actions.

Stylus Compatibility

Any non-powered capacitive stylus should work with this tablet for interaction.

Important Tablet Behavior

Power Button and Sleep Mode

Pressing the power button forces Sleep mode, which results in the loss of the Citrix session.

Power Saving and Wake-up

The tablet wakes from power saving by pressing the screen or the power button.
