Reset the factory default settings (cold reset)
Turning on the printer while pressing the G

and C
ANCEL

OB
buttons restores the factory default settings.
1 Turn off the printer.
2 Press and hold the G
O
and C
ANCEL
J
OB
buttons.
3 Turn the printer on and continue to press and hold the buttons until all three LEDs are blinking.
4 Release the buttons.
Control-panel pages
When the printer is in the Ready state, pressing the G
O
button for varying amounts of time produces
important printer reports. Use the following procedure to initiate the reports, and see
Table 6-2 Control-
panel pages: time ranges on page 94 for the specific time ranges for each report.
1 Ensure that only the R
EADY
light is on.
2 Press and hold the G
O
button.
3 Release the G
O
button after the amount of time shown in Table 6-2 Control-panel pages: time ranges
on page 94 for the report you want.
